I'm curious why you prefer separate grinder And machine over a all-in-one espresso machine.I have a Phillips 1200 with built in grinder best thing in the world. I drink 6 to 8 shots daily it's so fast, easy to clean and convenient.

Generally the built in grinders aren't as good and dont give you as many steps. With more control,like my Encore ESP, you can grind espresso, cold brew, french press easily. Plus if one part breaks you don't lose the other part
