Excellent source for high heat, but seems like limited uses due to its very small interior space

if you like making pizza..this makes good pizza. Heats fast. Has a little fan. I've had pizza out of this oven and buddy uses his every few days to make gorgeous pizza. Unless you have something else that is flat and about 12" wide you want to put in it, this thing only makes pizza.

The GOURMIA knockoff (4*; on sale now for $115-$120) that comes with a stone, a tray, a basket, and a rack. I have used it to make wings and BBQ chicken. 4* because of reliability. My first one (open box via AMZ) had electronic issues. The box was also showing a different model revision, so they must have re-engineered something to make it better, but still, the heat and steam can cause havoc with the electronics. My second one is fine after use like 2x-3x per week for 2 months.
However, I agree that this is best kept to pizza as you don't want to have to clean up the oil splatter which will destroy the unit in 3 years.
These are great for winters when you don't want to go outside and use your gas pizza oven. The pizza is top notch, but it can be inconvenient if you haven't risen the dough balls, so you have to plan and take them out in the morning. I'm still working with the temps to get that ultimate NY Style mozz char and undercarriage char. I think the 800*F bottom will get the char if pre-baking the crust first for 1-2 min. Then, pulling out and adding sauce, cheese, and toppings.
I don't know if the Chefman is worth $80 more.

Has anyone had both and understand or can recommend one over the other based on features? Both are on sale
