To that end; I wish they would stop trying to make 18" depth, happen. I just feel like I'm being ripped off.
46" (instead of 52") is $300 with coupon right now. But it comes with wood top
Opted for that instead
Community Reviews
This Craftsman 52 inch 10 drawer steel rolling cabinet stands out as a space saving tool chest for tighter garages, with a layout that fits well when a 24 inch cabinet is too deep. The 10 drawers and lower price history make it appealing as a practical storage box, and the size also suits a Father's Day gift. The main cautions are build quality and stability, with reports of flimsy steel, a tip over risk when heavily loaded, and shipping damage from weak packaging. A compact option if depth matters more than maximum heft.
The 18-inch-depth cabinet style can work well in tighter garages when 24-inch space is unavailable.
The 10-drawer layout can provide convenient storage organization for gift use.
The cabinet can offer strong value when purchased around the $300 range.
The cabinet can be a practical option for buyers who need a narrower footprint.
The cabinet can have a higher tip-over risk when skinnier depth cabinets have heavily loaded drawers.
The cabinet can arrive with corner damage because the shipped packaging may not protect it adequately.
The cabinet can feel flimsy, with concerns about steel and drawer side rigidity.
The cabinet's spec sheets may feel misleading compared with a heavier, sturdier alternative.
