This brand is a great value for exercise equipment on a budget. No frills, no fancy entertainment screens (which are a subscriptions gimmick anyway on exercise equipment) I don't have the treadmill but do have their elliptical and it's great. I have a lot of respect for this brand.
Also, for the price, it's almost unheard of to have a 20 inch wide walking belt. The belt width is probably one of the most important items on a treadmill when it comes to comfort and useability. There are often treadmills twice the price from pricy brands that aren't that wide, so that's a huge plus.
Even with proper maintenance (lubing the deck) I wouldn't expect this to survive more than a few years, just based on my experience with treadmills generally. But this seems like one of the best value treadmills money can buy in this price range.
