Jurassic Park on 4K UHD is being discussed as a strong upgrade for picture and sound, with Dolby Vision bringing better color grading, contrast, and expanded colors, while the Atmos track adds overhead effects and appears to be a true new mix. The disc also includes the extras on the 4K release and a Movies Anywhere digital code. The main caution is that the new transfer may still be based on the older master, so the improvement may be more about color than a full cleanup. Playback also depends on the right hardware, since some consoles do not support Dolby Vision.
Common Questions (5)
It appears to use the same older transfer with new Dolby Vision color grading, so the biggest change is in color and contrast rather than a full remaster. Some scenes reportedly have better night/day separation, but the underlying transfer may still be the same slightly problematic one.
The thread contains conflicting claims: the product title says Atmos, while one comment says the disc is DTS:X. Another comment says the Atmos track is a true new mix with added overhead effects, so the safest takeaway is that the audio upgrade is being discussed as a new immersive mix, but the exact label is disputed in-thread.
A Panasonic UB820 is the commonly recommended higher-end option, and the cheaper UB450 also supports Dolby Vision but lacks the UB820's HDR optimizer. If your display already has strong tone mapping, the UB450 can still be a practical Dolby Vision player.
No, it includes a redemption code for Movies Anywhere rather than a downloadable file. You can stream it through linked services like Amazon, Vudu, or Apple TV, but it is not the same as ripping the disc to a local server.
No. A PS5 does not support Dolby Vision for 4K discs, so you only get the UHD playback and Atmos audio; for the video upgrade, a standalone Dolby Vision player is needed.

Does anyone know if the digital file provided has the same quality as the bluray? Like can I just throw the digital copy on a hard drive and stream/plex/emby and have same experience?

The quality through those services is never as good as the physical UHD disc. Ever.
What I want to know is if this new dolby vision UHD is actually a better transfer than the previous HD10 UHD version which honestly was a disappointment. Dolby Vision itself I don't care about but the quality of the actual transfer as I already have the UHD which isn't as good as it should have been.
If video quality is your main reason for double-dipping, you'll either need a standalone player or to be ok with a slightly degraded Digital streaming version (which might end up around the same quality as your current HDR release)
I didn't pick up a 4k version yet and will be happy with Atmos (plus extras on the actual 4k disc, plus a MA compatible digital version) so $15 is a steal for me...but wanted to toss some context out there, just in case.
Hope this helps!

I own a ub820, and got a great deal on a BF deal years ago. But if the ub450 had been available, I probably would've went with it.
