Can anyone comment on the quality of these as far as how comfortable they are? I know they're not for tall people and the material could be questionable

I've bought this one 2 years ago and I use it maybe 2 to 5 hours a day. I'm 6'0 230lbs, and I love it, except the arm rests you can feel the poles, in the model in this post maybe better, since its a different design. I've had thinner chairs and just completely uncomfortable.

Only get chairs this big if you have the space. I have a small room and regret having such a massive chair lol.

PU leather. It will start to crack and shed after about 3 years?

Looks like it might darken the room.

I just put this together an hour ago, haven't had much time to sit in it but it looks nice. Took me a little under 35 mins to put it together. It's a better improvement from my previous mesh chair. It's comfortable and large. I am a 6'4 man, size was very important to me when purchasing and this chair feels nice. We'll see how long it lasts.

Not this exact chair, but.. FWIW I recently went through two "Big & Tall" gaming chairs. The GTPLAYER had poor quality control (a defective loose arm, followed by a replacement that randomly sank throughout the day) and was way too narrow for my 6'0", 230 lb lifter build. The Patiomage chair I had before was comfortable but had the same sinking issue. I finally just splurged on the Secretlab TITAN Evo XL—it's been comfortable (a little firm but I'm getting used to it), and build quality is light years beyond either of the previous two; very happy with it so far. Completely different ballpark in terms of spend, but for me it's been a "you get what you pay for" situation, and I've now "donated" ~$350 worth of chairs to my neighbors kids for their garage game-room setup.
If you're at all tall secret lab is trash. Selling mine and getting a Hinomi H2.

My Titan Evo XL claims to fit up to 7'2" but the seat pan isn't adjustable and pushes into my thighs cutting off circulation. The neck/shoulder contours straight up push my back out into an awkward angle and cramp the hell out of my scapulae.

Had it 4 years now and I'm over it.

Cheap quality. The wood inside is thin. Not very comfortable. They lean back oddly.

These things will be flat, flaking, and useless within a year.

Do your body a favor and purchase a high quality chair from a known brand like Steelcase or Herman Miller. You can find used models of high quality chairs at office stores for not much more than this.

Buy once cry once, I've been working and gaming from my Steelcase Leap for the last 6 years. Still comfortable and supportive.

Pleather furniture should be outlawed. All of them end up in dump after 2-3 years when pleather peel, and no one wants a peeled chair even rest are perfectly good.

So these perfectly good chairs heads to dump way before their life.

Ah yes, surely the best way to advertise a "Big and Tall" chair is by having a 130lb, 5'5 female model it as being perfectly sized for her.

the woman in the picture... is she big or tall?

But my real advice is don't try until you buy. Does Staples sell something similar where you can actually sit on it?
