Sanus has a wider stud location option
Sanus mounts weigh more (does that mean they're higher quality?) maybe
I would want to invest more cash for a heavier tv that needs to routinely articulate and pull away from the wall versus one that is a flat mount and never touched again for the ownership of the tv. YMMV
