Is this a good price, or should I go with a 4k OLED. Will prices go down more?
For 500hz, yes. The other brands usually only get down to $650-$700 when on sale for 500hz OLED. Keep in mind, this is also a matte coating on Samsung 500hz.
The MAG 272QP QD-OLED X50 is the other cheapest 500hz option for $100 more on sale. It has more menu features and a glossy coating.
Unless you care about dialing in settings with the OSD menu or a glossy coating, this panel is good enough for most. They all use the same panel inside, just different features and tuning between them all.
Keep in mind, glossy does look slightly better, but it scratches and smudges easily when cleaning it. You have to be very delicate and buy special supplies to clean it properly and do some pre-cleaning prep. If you want something that is easy to clean, stay away from glossy. It will also give you stronger reflections than matte.

Not going to regurgitate what sdwinner said, but yeah it's a good price, currently cheaper than the everyone price at Samsung which is a bit surprising as they typically have a very aggressive MAP policy, but maybe because this is old stock they're trying to get rid of they are being a bit more lenient with it, although it is Amazon who depending on the seller may not give AF about that. Will prices go down more? Maybe? As mentioned this is old stock, and they do want to get rid of it, I doubt it'll be firesale low, but it may drop a little more but then you risk that gamble of them actually selling out of existing stock. As mentioned the newer gen QD OLEDs are going to be populating shelves near the end of the year or early next year, but those obviously are not going to be discounted like these, the cheapest one I saw with any level of commitment to a price was a MSI one for $649, but most were considerably more expensive for 27"/1440p monitors.
As for the 4k question, that's a bit more complicated, because 4k has more than twice the pixels as 1440p so you need considerably more horsepower to run at the same frame rates, so that's definitely something to take in mind. Also there are not very many 27" OLED monitors at 4k, as a result you do pay an extra premium if you want to stay at this size, 32" however it's almost exclusively 4k resolution, but it's a larger monitor and they're going to charge more for that as well, it takes up more desk space, etc. But these are things you need to answer for yourself since your situation is going to be different than mine.

Samsung monitors with this style power button crack and Samsung doesn't want to warranty them.
There are knobs on the 3d print sites for free. Download the file and send it to a 3d print company. You can prob get it printed for $20 if you don't have a printer yourself and stuck in that situation.
