Based off the last few things I've ordered, Columbia quality has gone downhill.

Everything has gone down in quality but Columbia is still solid. Sizing is usually consistent and not as overpriced as other brands like North Face or Patagonia.

If you're lucky, they might even send you what you order! Last three orders were messed up and Columbia made it a pain to correct! I will only buy from the physical store or another reseller.

PSA....If you buy from their website and need to return something, it's a minimum of $6 return shipping. If you try to return to a store and you pay with PayPal, they can't refund you so you're forced to send stuff back. I'm done with them after my last experience, but if I had just used my credit card instead, I'd still be up for buying things. Only if I lived close to a store though
