Anyone have some time with one of these fishing, looking to get two kayaks and take my teenage son. were both tall 6'4"
I am 5'9", but was a bit of heavyweight. These are actually quite nice; I have short legs (29" inseam) and can't even reach the farthest leg peg slots. It's a bit heavy, but solid. The drybox area empties into the entire kayak body, so you'll want to put a drybag in there to keep things close; I added a few paddle snaps / rod snaps along the sides and a fishing / gear crate in the back. I've had mine for abut 5 years now. You may also want scupper plugs, at least on the areas closest to your seat; otherwise you'll get wet. Great kayak, though!

I have two of the Lifetime 10' Tamarack kayaks that I got from Tractor Supply in 2020 or 2021. Very similar design and I think the Tamarack just has a few extra features. At 6'2" and about 225lbs - they work just fine for me. More room than I need and plenty buoyant.
What was nice is that I lost a set of the seat clips one time, reached out to see if I could buy more from Lifetime and they just sent me 2 sets for free.
I agree with the scupper plugs 100% to help keep water out of the sitting area, but I leave the area near my feet open. My fix to the hatches opening into the body are there plastic buckets of sort that keep your stuff close but drain into the body... they just pop in... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08G6H1...n_title_12
