Just very long shipping times even within NY. I got one sent to my brother as gift, took about 10 days. If not in a hurry they are OK. They also use USPS to mail items. Tracking is rarely accurate and they tack in shipping protection fee if you are not careful. I bought many watches mostly eco drives ranging 300 to 800 from them in the past, they are good quality but no citizen warranty, heads up.

Yes, Jomashop is a grey market dealer who sells authentic products. They give their own warranty not manufacturer warranty.

I would buy this but not from Joma - I had a order with them for 9 months and they wouldn't fulfil. They are in the habit of putting flagrantly low prices and then rescinding orders.
