No experience with this particular one, but I use similar cables to charge kids devices overnight. Don't need super speed to fill up their kindle fire in 12 hours...

FWIW these no name cables are available for prices in this vicinity (sometimes via a multi pack fairly regularly).

yeah, frees up some ports or weight of charging bricks when traveling with pretty much just charging in mind without urgency... (and with a Kindle for data kinda thing, sure... but you aren't hooking up hard drives to this with any imperative...
