I would to say after buying this and owning and using for 24 hours, this is garbage, you can barely turn it, the handle is flimsy, the handle also pop off very easily, although installing was straight forward and easy. This price is normal price on amazon with some having bigger wheels.

been trying to find a wagon that is under 21" from ground to highest point on wagon so can fit under truck bed cover unfolded. anyone have this one?

Even though the title in the Walmart product page says it is for beach, this doesn't work on sand. Also not from Walmart direct in case that matters for you.

They make these with wider tires that don't dig into the sand on the beach. Would not recommend this type for the beach

Specs say 18" tall unfolded with 15" being the storage area.

This model also has a tailgate , for oversized goods! I use these wagons daily for carry work tools and vacuums, definitely in for one bc of that tailgate feature and it looks like it folds pretty compact. Slick!

Its smaller and likely less sturdy. This one is 36.2 x 15 x 11.6 inches VS Costco one is 38.6 x 25 x 21.7.

That said, Grey and green ones are $36, which is much cheaper if you'll only use it for lighter loads.
