I am a huge fan of budget swatch group offerings after getting a Hamilton Jazzmaster for $300. The warranty was really good, I overwound the crap out of it destroyed the movement in 3mo, and they replaced everything no questions asked and shipped it free. Really good experience, highly recommend.
Also these movements are way better than something like a NH35A imo, because they're so smooth they feel amazing and they usually keep +/- 1sec.

It would be if not from Jomashop. Otherwise, it's a coin toss if you get what you ordered or what someone returned with defects.

What makes this no name brand a $400 watch? I mean $1125 MSRP is laughable but what's the difference vs other $100 auto watch?

It's a very highly respected brand with great provenance. They don't advertise in America but in the rest of the world anybody who knows watches knows Certina.
