I ordered one from the previous thread.

Showed up in 2 boxes, the tank was okay, bowl was shattered. Filed a return, driver could only take 1 box per return request so I have to wait until I have an entire business day free to be present for returning the other half of this order. What a mess, wish my local big box stores carried this model.

I've definitely lost any savings value with this return process. These are great toilets but I'd urge to try and pick one up locally if possible so you know it hasn't had the hell beat out of it in transit.

That sucks. Related experience from another toilet delivered from Amazon, also 2 boxes, and somebody stole just the tank box. That's the only porch robbery we've ever had, go figure.

Thanks OP. My round toilet is too small and emergency poop sticks to the back of the toilet. And Japanese poop technology is top tier.👌

Damn. I overpaid for the toto bidet bundle from Costco then. 650 when I could've ordered separately 250 bidet + 290 toilet. Too late now, the thing is installed and taken on its maiden voyage.

Bought this toilet recently, $150 from Wayfair for the bowl, and $100 from Lowes for the tank. It took me 30 minutes to remove my old toilet and install this toilet. Great flush quality, definitely recommend this toilet.

Ordered 2 from Costco back in December when they were $300ea. Thankfully the UPS shipping was good, and they both arrived safe. While this toilet may look a little "old fashioned" compared to the sleeker looking (and way more expensive) 1-piece models from Toto, the 2 key Toto features (Cefiontech coating and tornado flush) already makes this a winner especially at this price point. One thing I recommend is definitely pair this with a heated bidet from Toto or others (not the cheap non-electric ones).

I had the exact same experience - broken bowl, driver only able to take one box. So I had him take the bowl, Amazon gave me the full refund, and I hung onto the tank. Now I'm just on the lookout for a deal on the bowl only 😅
