Patriot Milkshake now 25 cents for today (Sat. 6/13) only (one per customer): https://x.com/steaknshake/status/..._o2xLi87kA

EDIT: confirmed at Litchfield, IL kiosk and you can buy multiple shakes in one order!

In-store only, no app purchase available.

This is because the US won their World Cup match yesterday.

YMMV, some locations may not participate. This started at $2.50 in January for USA 250 and has been available at that price most of the year. It's a birthday cake shake and is pretty good.

Considering every Steak n Shake has the world's worst service, it'll take an hour to get it.

Wrong. Took like five minutes. Nobody even knows about this, not even employees. Word will probably start spreading pretty soon though.

I knew about this milkshake way back in January. In fact, I made a deal for it and I think it was like $1 something then.

Edit: https://slickdeals.net/f/19052308-steak-n-shake-2-50-patriot-shake?src=SDSearchv3&attrsrc=Thread%3AExpired%3AFalse%7CSearch%3AType%3Anormal%7CSearch%3ASort%3Arecent%7CSearch%3AHideExpired%3Afalse

Wrong...it was $2.50 then.
Then, I read the entire description.

Why does this deal heading state one per person, but the description state one can buy multiple in one order?
So one per person; however, if someone is there with a family of four, they can buy four in one order (I suppose this is what it could mean)?

FYI: This place still makes their fries using beef tallow.

The twitter post said one per person. The actual logistics of the deal prevent them from enforcing that.

Well, of course. People will try to be people, especially on this site.

you dont dine in with anyone else? you have to place multiple dishes per table. one order can have multiple items or persons in your party. limit 1 per person got nothing to do with hoe many checks or orders are you placing. as long as you stick with their term. 1 shake per mouth per person

That is what I thought, see example in post.

So the gal asked me how many I wanted and I told her it was just one per person. She confirmed.
There is also a chocolate soldier in it too this time around.

Edit: What I thought was a chocolate soldier, was the Statue of Liberty!! Much bigger than what I thought because most of it was buried in the whipped cream and the shake.

The gal, who had taken my order through the drive thru, had to check with her manager (I was the only one in the drive thru, however, the place was packed for some reason).

Patriot Shakes have included the chocolate candy piece all along.

And as far as the one per person limit, the typical limitation for these types of things in the past in any fast food app/kiosk has been to just limit only one purchase per order at a kiosk. Luckily, SnS didn't do that for this promotion.

Somebody came in trying to show an instagram post of this offer when ordering the normal way, and the cashier didn't know about it at all and didn't give it to them.

So they ended up not getting the deal. If they just used the kiosk, it would have been easy.

In these situations, it is either that the customer knows their way around these deals or the employee. Technically, the employee would not have been in the wrong had they confirmed with a manager and the manager stated, "No," because participating locations. I know nothing about the kiosks because I hardly ever go inside fast food places anymore. The only time I did was during the Monopoly promotion at McDonald's, where I could place consecutive orders to redeem the free food items. It is good to know that the kiosks actually have the deals, participating locations should know about.
