Pro 2 has LDAC, and the smart dial/case can adjust volume and whatnot. Honestly, the sound between the two is pretty similar. The advanced AI improvements on the microphone for Pro 2 are negligible. People still can't understand me at the gym. Get the Pro 2 if you want the case to adjust volume or skip music. The pro 2 supposedly has a bit longer battery life but I always charge. I own all of them from 2a to Plus. I find the buds 2 at $25 the best value.

Do they work for a person who works from home? Especially when there are kids around while on Zoom calls?
I wouldn't rely on the microphone for Zoom calls. People can't understand me at the gym. If you need noise cancellation of what you are hearing, it will block some sound but loud music can still be heard.
my 5.5 year old SoundPEATS T2 hybrids are finally giving up the ghost (after a cat knocked them off an 8 foot mantle) and I needed a set of earbuds for riding my bike. sounds like this will fit the bill
this or baseus bass bp1 pro... not worried about ANC... but call and music quality are deal breaker... looking for as cheap as possible... any suggestions.

Bro, you life in a castle of some sort. What is an 8 ft mantle? Why is the earbud sitting on a ceiling high mantle?
