Not a great deal. This is the MSRP on this card which was just released. As of today you can get a regular RX 9070 of the same model for $60 more that has 4 GB more VRAM and is 20% faster or a 9070 XT for $100 more with 4 GB more VRAM and 28% faster.. Maybe these get discounted on Prime Day but at 550, I wouldn't buy one.

It's a shame how they tainted the GRE model like that. I had the 7900 GRE and that was an amazing card.

GRE is a horrible value. If it was $400, that would be a good deal I think...

Compared to a normal RX 9070, which goes for $600 today, the RX 9070 GRE is:
  • $50 less
  • 4gb less VRAM that is 2GBPS slower as well
  • 14% less CORES
  • 14% less TMUS
  • 15% less ROPS
  • 64bit less BUS WIDTH
  • Same 220w BOARD POWER

RX 9070 XT is 629 at microcenter which already can't even run Crimson Desert maxed out at 4k, what can this GRE do? This card is nonsense
