so ive been looking at this. i already use fandango but im about to be folding in casual use of another movie chain, and it wont make sense to join whatever enhanced services they have that would kill convience fees. so fandango fanclub seems interesting.....

just concentrating on the movie theater codes they give

>4 Free movie tickets (delivered as 1 code per month over 4 months)

>$10 off any Fandango movie ticket or eligible movies and TV on Fandango at Home each month (expires monthly)

so in 4 months that means 8x$10 off or 4x10 and 4xcost of ticket)?

Been a longtime Fandango subscriber but never interested in the Fan Club until this deal. Was going to purchase Michael when I saw the deal. With $25 more I thought it was way more than worth it to join for the 4 months then cancel, as I'm not a big movie goer myself, but could make a couple trips this summer & early fall. The home codes will come in useful for those purchases I make occasionally as well.

Is it really a free ticket or "free up to X value, not valid on blackout dates, plus fees and taxes?"

If it's anything like when I signed up a while back.. it's a completely free ticket. I made it stretch for sure and got a premium format ticket and it was completely covered.. and there are no fees once you're a subscriber.. that's why I haven't canceled my subscription because I get back my monthly fee back each month as long as I use the 10 dollar credit in theater or on fandango at home. Main draw for me is not having to pay fees to any theater chain (not just amc, seeing as I'm also a premier subscriber i used to only use 3rd party apps to buy amc tix to avoid paying fees) Not having to pay fees is the biggest benefit of fandango fan club really..

yeah i remember now when this was the fanclub deal for mario they used it for mario 4dx or dolby something.

i guess this with all this , and fandango vip could be interesting

sounds like we're in the same boat. so funny killing convenience fees merits its own membership to something
