The one time $20 Home promo code is the difference. You don't get that on the regular monthly plan.
And the $20 - is that for just rentals or actual purchase and ownership of the movie? I have Fandango At Home account and have purchased stuff from them (previously Vudu service bought by Fan). I believe Fan also allows for rental of movies - correct?

That's for both rental and purchase. I also forgot, with the Summer Pass, you get 4 free cinema tickets, 1 free each month. With the regular monthly plan you get $10 for a movie ticket or at home use. This promo you get that plus 1 free movie ticket.

can I use the free ticket and $10 on the same transaction/booking?
No, separate transactions required. Easy to book two seats next to each other in two different orders so long as you're quick.

For those who used this service in the past, is there much restriction?

Okay a bit more clarity - thanks. I misread - I thought this was an all you can eat program like AMC and Regal - then I reread. This allows just one movie per month + the $20 credit makes this a killer deal and worth the extra $.
Are you allowed to link your AMC Premier account - and does the cheaper Tuesday Wednesday pricing show up when ordering through Fan? I sometimes purchase tickets through Atom App - any discount from AMC shows up in pricing. Are you paying full price all the time using Fan is my question - so full price at some movie theaters is EXPENSSIVE.

I am not sure but someone posted on that somewhere in this thread or a previous thread when this promo came up in early May as well.

I haven't ordered a ticket yet (I just joined) but I did look at my Fandango account and my AMC is linked - I didn't check if I was getting Tuesday/Wednesday discounts. I did purchase a ticket through Fan - most likely a discounted ticket - but as stated I usually use Atom (Tmobile Tuesday $5 tickets). Overall for $12.50/month - one free ticket pays for this - the additional $10 per month also helps +$20 in Fan Home discount - not a bad deal. Weird thing - they only show 4 days of availability not the full week - so I have to wait midweek to purchase for Sat/Sun.
EDIT: So I tested the $10 off for AMC on Tuesday - I don't think it even works since I was already getting AMC Stubs discount (50% off on Tuesday/Wednesday). I did see waived service fees - but I already get this with AMC Stubs. I don't know if this waived fee was from AMC or Fan. So it's only appropriate to use the $10 code for full priced movies. I don't get waived fee for Regal so I need to test this out also.

i dont have fanclub YET, but i know alot about fandango regular.. works with amc. doesnt work with atom tickets. atom tickets is their competitor.

looking over atom a month ago i dont think there is a reason to use them unless they have their own pay club, or their rewards are good. would only maybe use when they have those tmobile $5 deals.

when you purchase through fandango and fandango vip, outside of fanclub, you basically get buy 4 tickets, get $5 off another ticket. and then this also works with amc discount day tickets

im the same as you, im already paid a couple years for amc premier and i guess for now i cant complain because i cant anyway but i get enhanced points

fandango seems to be pretty agressive about fanclub and offers in multiple permutations and flavors of ticket. i actually went back and looked at prior and current offers

theme seems to be the longer the agreement (this case, 4 months), the more they offer you upfront, but basically at its core its 9.99 a month and maybe one ticket to join.

this summer fanclub one is one of the better ones since its 4 tickets to join, but +$10 for the 4 month membership, fandangoathome and fanstore are what they are are but they arent part of any other signup offer ive seen

AMC Premier is great when you can get a deal for membership. I think I signed up for $15 with $5 credit. I think it went up to $17.99/yr now. I'm up in August and I'm contemplating on whether to renew. I like AMC over Regal in my area - AMC has those lounging reclining seats. Regals seats stink.

yeah im the same its just i paid a couple years before it went up. it seems like they would do deals again in the fall, or when its slow. they have in the past.

it sounds like youre at a good point to switch to fanclub, if you wanted to. what premier has going for it is the multiplier on purchases, what fanclub has going for it is whatever upfront offers it has but also that it would nix convenience fees to amc and THEN other chains.

>. I like AMC over Regal in my area - AMC has those lounging reclining seats. Regals seats stink.

i like amc but am considering regal when it makes sense. they have their own revivals ive been eyeing last few months

i watched a youtuber and in a breakdown of everything including concession choice he preferred cinemark, but since i think i like niche and older movies, i prefer amc and regal

thats kind of typical for theater scheduling, especially if the movie has been out about a week. or more, they want to see how its selling and then make adustments

Reports from users in this thread say they've used the code to cover an entire ticket, yet the terms and conditions say
"If the cost of movie tickets and associated fees and charges exceeds a Code's maximum discount, you must pay the difference."

Which might refer to a purchase with more than one ticket, or might be "if a single ticket costs more than the Code's discount..."

This isn't idle speculation. I have been burned way too many times on movie ticket packages that turn out to only work in Wyoming on December 32nd, unless the moon is waxing.
