Got this last month.
1) Movie ticket code worked just fine on "IMAX" screening at my local movie theater for "Mortal Kombat II - The IMAX 2D Experience (2026)". Image attached.
2) Also, I used additional $10 off code to watch discounted Regal Tuesdays movie for free.
3) You also get $10 off coupon for overpriced fandango merchandise. Ignore this completely.
4) You only get the $20 Fandango at Home (formerly Vudu Movies) coupon once. It can be applied to a single purchase. FandangoAtHome website doesn't have a cart feature. I wanted to add multiple $5 movies before checkout, but Not possible. I used this on previous slick deals post offering five movies for $15. If you add this coupon to account, it shows as expiring Dec2026, so maybe wait for BF deals?

I signed up for the summer pass 2 days ago but never received the first movie ticket and the $20 fandango at home promo code. Fandango's customer service was miserable to communicate with. The representative told me the summer pass didn't include free movie tickets and asked me to talk to fandango at home cs for the $20 fandango at home promo code then disconnected. Will they ban me and cancel all my tickets if I do a chargeback?

no exchanges and refunds once you redeem the $10 monthly code, i redeemed it and few days later tried to reschedule the movie ticket and they said no exceptions there are no refunds nor exchange...

Wow, glad I didn't do this deal. They've turned into con artists. I think when I had an issue not getting a Fandango deal from buying a movie, I contacted customer service, I think I called, and it was some South African mother doing customer service remotely. It was an absolute joke. Waste of time. Not sure what's going on with this company.

I accidentally used my $20 fandango at home promo code on a $5 movie. I'm so used to gift cards being able to be used on multiple purchases. They won't refund my purchase and allow me to use the $20 on something worth $20+

You can use a-list in conjunction with fan club.
As long as you pay any amount on credit or gift card, the free tix count towards Fandango rewards.

It's been over 30 days and today I got my 2nd $10 off code today, July 2nd, but I still haven't gotten my 2nd free ticket. When should I expect it? The first one said expect you next code in 30 days, but that hasn't happened. I guess I'll contact them tomorrow. Is this normal?

I got my 2nd ticket almost exactly 30 days after signing up. Perhaps check your spam filter?

Have you had a chance to contact them yet? I signed up on June 30 and just remembered that I should have my next free ticket and $10 code. I searched my email including my spam folder and there wasn't anything from Fandango. I logged into my account and it shows the monthly $10 code with this month's expiration date. But the free ticket isn't there. I can't remember if the first free ticket ever was shown in my account in addition to being emailed to me. It's worrying if you joined on June 1 and haven't gotten either your second or third free ticket two months in... especially with the comments about bad customer service.

I mistyped luckily and started the club on JULY 1. Still I should have gotten my free ticket by now. I contacted fandango a few days ago and took forever. Sounds like they had no club about the summer program. Then they said I should get it on August 5. Which doesn't make sense but hopefully it comes today. Otherwise I'll contact them again tomorrow. Bummer cause imax seats I wanted are no longer available.
