What a stupid statement, flat out. Only thing missing from cold pressed juice is fiber. Vitamins and anti-oxidants are still there in quantities of 90-95%. If you need fiber that badly in your diet that you refuse to drink juice because it's missing the fiber then you might want to seek out a nutritionist or an endocrinologist
