when i saw the SD post it said 12 available for shipping, when checking out, it said 11, after i saved my receipt, it said out of stock.

Hard pass, unless you REALLY need a 2ah battery + charger, or are married to the Ridgid ecosystem.

It's just a bluetooth speaker. No AM/FM, no emergency weather radio. Not weather sealed. Not very portable or compact. No microphone. And it's a very mediocre speaker in an ocean of very acceptable alternatives.

It does allow USB-A device charging, so if you wanted to keep your phone topped off via a spare battery, that's one way to do it. Not a great way, not the fastest, and uses a legacy (antiquated/grossly outdated) USB format....but it's a way.

I called RIDGID, they shipped a replacement battery, date code this year2026.It's all good now.
