Weird kit. Looks great at first glance, but it's not something a basic home DIYer will use. Only useful things for a beginner are the drill + imp driver. Saw is generally for advanced users. Rest is fluff. Battery is only appropriate for drill+driver
Also, what's up with the comments, sound like bot/shills
Good set and good deal for home owner that needs a starter set and does occasional diy. Other deals will come along with another battery. ie tire inflator

I dissagree, aside from the speaker which is just a freebee everything else is usefull in this kit, including the Saw. Between the sawzall and the saw i'm not sure which one is better for a home owner. I have certainly used both when i was starting out. The sawzall give more flexibility when it comes to being used to cut things between 2x4, tree branches or pvc pipe. But the saw makes clean straight cuts in plywood and anything with a visible cut end. It does not make it look like it was chewed on with teeth, and that alone steps up your DIY.
