You have to go into your AliExpress account and set a default address first. Otherwise you could be in a different country, and the US warehouses don't ship to other countries.

Not true. I have a default address in place and I get the same bullcrap cannot ship message.

For something else yesterday, I had to add my address again. Even though I already had my default address in my profile. Now I have two of the same address, the new one set to default, and the problem went away. It's dumb, but that fixed it for me. Hope that helps you out!
