CHEAPEST would be to use a OTA antenna and watch Spanish channel Telemundo I would think.
IF you don't mind watching it on Spanish and don't get Telemundo in your home, then next "cheapest" would be to sign up for Instacart+ trial, then use Mastercard to extend the Instacart+ trial by 2 months, Instacart+ comes with Peacock premium subscription which will have Spanish streaming of World Cup.
Walmart+ membership also comes with Peacock Premium though if you don't already have the membership then it probably isn't worth it over getting the Fox one subscription.
For English, I think best price is Sling TV Select at around $16.50/mo if you get 3 months sub. Monthly sub isn't any cheaper than Fox One BUT you do get other channels.
side note: if you have the chase sapphire preferred card, effective June 15, you get a free year of apple tv+. You go to your chase account online, under card benefits, you'll see an option to link your chase account to your apple id.
These Prime channel promos are mainly useful for short, cheap binge windows, especially for MGM+, Starz, Paramount+, BritBox, and Apple TV+. MGM+ stands out for Project Hail Mary and can show up as 99 cents for three months, while Starz and other channels have also surfaced at about $1 a month. Apple TV+ appears at $5.99 a month for two months, not 99 cents. The main caution is that some offers do not appear for every account, and canceling Prime may affect channel access or promo pricing. A handy option if you want a few shows without a long commitment.
Viewers who want to binge a specific series or movie quickly, because the two-month window is enough to catch up and cancel afterward.
No, the Apple TV+ offer shown in the thread is $5.99 per month for 2 months, which is about half off the regular monthly price. It may not appear for every account, and some users only see a free trial or no offer at all.
The channel can be tied to an active Prime subscription, so canceling Prime may end access or remove the promo rate depending on the channel's terms. Some offers still honor the deal after Prime is canceled, but others require Prime to stay active for the full 2 months.
Only one promo can be active at a time. Switching to another channel can replace the current promo flow, though some users still ended up with both subscriptions active after selecting a different channel.
Go to Subscriptions in Amazon and hit Cancel. One practical shortcut is to keep the signup email, which includes a link back to the channel's subscription page for cancellation.
I have the Paramount deal for returning subscribers now..wonder if I can add this to get another two months at $1/mo. Problem is my deal doesn't end until July 20

If you have chase sapphire preferred, chase just updated the card to include 1 year of apple tv+ for free. You just log into your chase account, go to card benefits and link you apple id account to enable the benefit.
I already have Paramount+ for free through Walmart+, and watched ufc last night broadcast from the White House for flag day. That was a great set of fights! It really got me hooked. I only watched boxing before, but will watch more ufc later on paramount.
What I really need is a channel to watch the tennis opens. It keeps on being limited on what you can see for tennis even if you have a subscription to a service, (espn for example). Tennis coverage is hard to get for cheap.
(fyi - Kroger's delivery offers ESPN+ for free as an option, (or Disney+ Basic (With Ads), Hulu (With Ads). Walmart+ offers Paramount+ or Peacock. Amazon Prime offers.. prime video.)

Amex card has a 19.99 credit for YouTube tv . So you activate that. Get a trail on yt tv and another month for 19.99 pay via Amex and you now have access to World Cup via fox one telemundo and a few other channels. Just remember to cancel on time.

I just added it for myself.

No. The MGM+ promo is accessed through Prime Video, not the standalone MGM+ app on Apple TV or other streaming devices.
