InKind One is a restaurant payment credit that works best when there are participating spots you actually want nearby. The strongest upside is the discount, with some finding it cheaper than buying through InKind directly or even cheaper than Uber gift cards, and a few noting useful extras like app offers and cash back on the uncovered portion. The main drawback is coverage, since local favorites can disappear, some places do not honor it, and app ordering can carry higher prices or markups. Tips still come from a card, so it fits best when the restaurant list around you is solid.
The participating restaurant list can expand in some regions, which increases the chance of finding nearby options.
The app-based checkout payment can be straightforward at participating restaurants, including first-time use with staff help.
A $50 off $100 account promo can stack with InKind usage by earning cash-back credit on the credit-card portion.
Some restaurants may show lower prices when ordering through their own app, which can improve the effective savings.
Some restaurants accept InKind and can price the experience competitively versus Uber gift cards.
Cash-back and coupon rules can limit value, including inability to stack coupons and restrictions on using gift card balance for promos or tips.
Many restaurants may refuse to honor InKind, which can make the deal unusable for local favorites.
The restaurant selection can change after purchase, including removals of previously participating nearby spots.
App ordering for takeout can include a markup compared with in-store pricing, so shoppers should compare before ordering.

I don't want to go to the restaurant and place order at the counter/bar to go and have to wait. Do you usually call in the orders to pay there when you arrive?
I wouldn't stock up on these too much though. A restaurant you like can be gone any day, so probably best if you have at least a couple of restaurants you like that participate.
