Community Reviews
Domino's $9.99 online deal is a cheap way to build a large custom pizza, and the Parmesan stuffed crust inclusion makes it more appealing than the usual basic pie. The best value comes from stacking it with discounted gift cards or the Paze $10 statement credit, which can push the price close to free. The main catches are that the topping limit is real, repeated toppings are capped, and each extra topping gets a smaller portion. Size and crust options also vary by location, with XL not included and stuffed crust often limited to medium.
People who want a quick cheap pizza night, because the chain can deliver fast and the price stays low.
Pizza fans who like extra crust options, because stuffed crust and Parmesan crust are included.
Families feeding a group, because two loaded pizzas can stretch into multiple meals.
Shoppers building a custom large pizza, because the deal allows up to seven toppings and can copy a combo-style pie.
Large-pizza buyers wanting stuffed crust, because Parmesan stuffed crust defaults to medium size.
Shoppers expecting generous topping coverage, because more toppings reduce the amount of each topping.
People comparing against a full-size large pizza, because the deal only comes in one size and XL is not included.
People wanting unlimited repeats of one topping, because the topping limit does not allow more than two of the same topping.

Perhaps a bit of sauce?..
Honestly, I don't know why people think this is weird, and then they add 12 different toppings and end up with a pile of meat anyway.
Just do double pepperoni. Domino's has a sliding scale for toppings; the more toppings you get, the fewer of each you get. A larger pepperoni-only pizza has 40 pepperoni (60 if you pay more for "extra"), a 2-3 topping with pepperoni + 1-2 other toppings has 32 pepperoni, 4 toppings has 24, etc. They are supposed to stop at 24 (3 per slice), but I've had 7-topping large pizzas with literally 1 piece of chicken per slice (I don't eat pepperoni, but it's the same concept).
