Domino's $9.99 online deal is a cheap way to build a large custom pizza, and the Parmesan stuffed crust inclusion makes it more appealing than the usual basic pie. The best value comes from stacking it with discounted gift cards or the Paze $10 statement credit, which can push the price close to free. The main catches are that the topping limit is real, repeated toppings are capped, and each extra topping gets a smaller portion. Size and crust options also vary by location, with XL not included and stuffed crust often limited to medium.
The promo can include stuffed crust options for the $9.99 deal price.
Using Paze checkout can add a $10 statement credit on qualifying spend.
The deal can be stacked with discounted gift cards to lower the effective cost.
The topping builder can warn when the maximum topping limit is reached.
The "any toppings" wording can be constrained by a per-topping limit even when total toppings reach the cap.
The "any pizza" wording can exclude XL, so size options are more limited than expected.
Parmesan stuffed crust can default to Medium size and may not apply as expected at the largest size.
Delivery fees and other charges can significantly reduce the deal's advantage for delivered orders.

Perhaps a bit of sauce?..
Honestly, I don't know why people think this is weird, and then they add 12 different toppings and end up with a pile of meat anyway.
Just do double pepperoni. Domino's has a sliding scale for toppings; the more toppings you get, the fewer of each you get. A larger pepperoni-only pizza has 40 pepperoni (60 if you pay more for "extra"), a 2-3 topping with pepperoni + 1-2 other toppings has 32 pepperoni, 4 toppings has 24, etc. They are supposed to stop at 24 (3 per slice), but I've had 7-topping large pizzas with literally 1 piece of chicken per slice (I don't eat pepperoni, but it's the same concept).
