How it works: The seller finds a legitimate tracking number for a different package going to your city or zip code. They attach it to your order. When that unrelated package is delivered to the wrong house, your order marks as "Delivered."
The trap: If you open a dispute for a missing item, AliExpress's automated system sees the "Delivered" status and automatically rejects your refund.
How to beat it: Do not rely on AliExpress tracking. Go directly to the official carrier's website (USPS, FedEx, etc.). My kids can reach the 19MPH but they are all <200lb. I tried being over 200lb and its maxing out at 16mph. Lift the wheel if you see the speedo go 19mph, then its weight issue. Have a kid in the 100lb range ride it. It will hit 19mph
This is definitely suited fine for adults. Anyone thinking this is just for kids. meh. This is the typical size scooter you see many adults riding.
It moves! It will reach 19mph and the 15-16 stock speed gets up there fine for majority of weights. However the 19mph might not be reachable for heavier weights if you are over 200lbs. Look at this thread and see the few who have said that. I will also add I couldnt hit 19mph but I'm over 200lbs, but kids and adults in the 100lb range should hit it.
You need the app to unlock the speed.
The build quality and feel of it feels really good honestly. I have seen and own worse. So nothing wrong on this front. Those who complain about the tire size and solid. Meh. Just spoiled people. The solid tires are fine. Yea youll feel the bumps but if you are not on paved flat roads or are consistently curb jumping. And even if you do go on rougher roads if you are even an ounch of growing up a normal kid riding bikes etc. you know to bend your knees and bounce with the terrain to soften the feel/blow. Stiff unatheletic types will complain though. Prefer these honeycomb solid if you ever dealt with air filled and having to replace tires/tubes especially the wheel with the motor connected. So over that.
