Sellers use this loophole to bypass buyer protection and steal your money when an item is never shipped.
How it works: The seller finds a legitimate tracking number for a different package going to your city or zip code. They attach it to your order. When that unrelated package is delivered to the wrong house, your order marks as "Delivered."
The trap: If you open a dispute for a missing item, AliExpress's automated system sees the "Delivered" status and automatically rejects your refund.
How to beat it: Do not rely on AliExpress tracking. Go directly to the official carrier's website (USPS, FedEx, etc.). Get written proof or a screenshot from the carrier showing that the package weight, recipient name, or exact delivery address does not match your order. Submit this to human customer service or file a chargeback with your bank.
But all this takes time and effort. Not worth taking risk. I stopped buying on Aliexpress as this happened to me 3 out of 9 orders.
Community Reviews
This is a low-cost electric scooter that stands out for adult-friendly speed and surprisingly usable performance for the price. It can reach about 15 to 16 mph for heavier riders and up to 19 mph for lighter riders, with flat ground and app settings helping unlock the higher mode. Range is more modest, often around 6 to 8 miles in real use, and hills cut speed and battery life quickly. The solid tires and no suspension make rough pavement harsh, and there are recurring concerns about durability, loose hardware, and warranty or return hassles. A decent budget ride if the tradeoffs fit your routes.
The scooter can reach around 19 mph on flat ground for lighter riders, making it feel fast for its price.
The scooter can handle adults reasonably, including riders around 200 lb on flatter areas.
The deal can drop to very low prices like $84, and promo codes can work at checkout when available.
The scooter can switch to sport mode directly from the scooter without needing an app connection.
AliExpress returns and disputes can be difficult, including cases where shipping costs are not refunded and "fake tracking" can trigger rejected refunds.
Durability can be inconsistent, including reports of a metal snap after a few months and a unit that stopped turning on after about five months.
Solid tires without suspension can make the ride a bone rattler on rough pavement, and speed can worsen the rattling.
Firmware can be nerfed compared with similar models, limiting torque and reducing hill acceleration and performance.

one guy on other page hating saying it only goes 10mph
Solid tires without suspension is too much for me. Also I need more power to handle uphill in my neighborhood.
