Just wanted to note that these are probably the worst Planters peanut product. My family eats a lot of peanuts as we like to snack on them so we've had all of the Planters varieties. These honey roasted ones in the plastic bins taste stale and burnt and we've bought this product multiple times as I have been suckered by the low price every year or so and keep hoping that the product improves. Well, not this time, we're not going to fall for this product this time.

Their honey roasted peanuts that come in the blue cardboard container are excellent, but these ones in the plastic bins are almost inedible. Look through the amazon review photos to see how terrible they look and the taste is as foul as the appearance.
It's pretty obvious that their cardboard container peanuts and plastic bin peanuts come from completely different processing factories and source their peanuts from different suppliers.

Only 80% 5 star Amazon reviews, so they must be absolutely awful!
I hear ya and consider myself to be severely admonished.
Thank you for your 2 cents.

I have to agree quality is not great on these lots of bitter and burnt experiences that I don't have at other sizes. While under 10 cents an ounce is nice you have to subtract for lower quality and some bad nuts.

I got these last time and definitely noticed something was off with them!
