It's a type of Elm tree which we use the same way we use the cassia/cinnamon tree. You remove the outer hard bark, then gather the inner bark and either make a tea of it or add it to food
Slipper Elm oil is not easily digestible so it goes into your intestines, especially your colon and lubricates your bowels so that you defecate more easily, like Diddy covering himself in baby oil after getting stuck in a waterslide tube

Yes, fiber (like from Psyllium husks) will firm up your stool, making it "not require too much TP". Just make sure you drink plenty of water when you take it in order to get the best results. FWIW, I take 6 -12 capsules (of another brand) on a daily basis for this very reason. It also has the side effect of drastically lowering my cholesterol!

Sorry, I have no idea how the slippery elm enriches this product.

Gosh everything is a pill these days. Soon there will be those pills where swallow it with water and it gets big in your belly and digested. Like those grow your dinosaur toy in capsule form.
