The pictures of recommended uses show a CPAP machine. I would not recommend a non-sine wave inverter for a CPAP machine. In my experience most things with a motor don't work correctly on a non-sine wave inverter.
Fine for charging things and I sometimes run a TV off a cheap inverter when the electric is out. But IMO, best to spend the extra on a pure sine wave inverter and not have to think about it.
