What's your definition of peanut butter? It's literally just peanuts with added palm oil and salt. If you don't want palm oil in it, you're in the wrong thread, as that's what Skippy, JIF, etc have in them to make them not need stirred.

The difference between peanut butter and peanut butter spread boils down to FDA regulations. True peanut butter must be made of at least 90% peanuts. Spreads contain fewer peanuts or use alternative oils and added ingredients that fall outside the government's strict recipe standards. This is not a true Peanut Butter. A true peanut butter has to have at least 90% peanuts and Peanut Butter Spreads contain additional additives.

Once again, slick deals fails by listing a product with an inaccurate title. This isn't peanut butter, it is peanut butter spread as clearly shown on the packaging. That's probably why it is on clearance, consumers have caught on.
