FWIW, I absolutely love this oven. I've probably made 50 briskets in it.. holds temp well. Super practical.

This has been great for pizza. I saw the other post about smoking a brisket. I haven't tried it for smoking stuff because I also got the XL plus from Ninja and use that. It works great for smoking a pork butt. Ok....make your butt jokes now. The price seems to be jumping up on this and I got mine via Woot for right around $200 2 years ago. A very good buy if you want an easy to use pizza oven or smoker.
