I've never put all my trust into one media type. Always have back ups. Multiple flash/SD cards, cloud, NAS.
Every card or drive could go bad. Just expect it to fail and have backups in place to be safe.

Based on other comments here, I think Teamgroup is ok for something that's not too important (dashcam, security camera..?). But for those special occasions such as wedding, family vacation, etc... I'd stick with the more popular and reliable brands.

ETA: main use is in a camera to record 4K videos.
Team Group is known for cheap products for a reason, they cut corners and it is obvious.
If used mostly as a read-only card you should be fine. However I would not use it for anything other than that.
I most definitely would not use it for photos or video. They have a long history of going bad without showing errors. You go to use it one day and everything is corrupted.
I thought, "file system may be shot, just needs a reformat?" No, reformatting took like 15 minutes, and afterward the card still performed writes agonizingly slow. I was able to get it replaced on warranty (paid one way shipping) but I no longer trust the card in something like a Steam Deck, where sometimes patches can be significant, and cause considerable thermal buildup on these SD cards when they're seeing extended writes.
A little research pulled up exactly this same issue for many, many buyers. So, buyer beware. Be careful if you're going to fill one of these all at once with 500+ GB of data like I did, because they become extremely hot and may partially fail. I have since started using the replacement in an Anbernic RG477v with a bunch of roms, so it rarely sees write operations, and it's fine for that. Just be careful using these in something that will see significant write activity, because these aren't as reliable as Samsung or Sandisk cards.
