If I go months without printing, I'll have to run a few maintenance cycles to unclog the print head. Except for unclogging the print head, it has worked flawlessly since 2017 (I think that's the year I got it). I've put ink in it, dusted the top of the machine off regularly, and done nothing else at all to it.
I'll never consider another brand as long as these exist and work as well as they do. I promise I'm not shilling for this company haha
