If it says: "Something went wrong and this promotion isn't currently shoppable.", then your account likely smoked -- just like mine. I did some research on this and it seems that some accounts are flagged to not get these deals for whatever reason. One theory is if someone just uses these discounts and ends up canceling a lot of Subscribe & Save items. That's what I do. The only solution is to make a brand new Amazon account, which requires new e-mail and phone number. Read more about it here:
