I putchases this and an extended warranty. Within 6 months had an issue, no local support for warranty service, its all handled by EMAIL!!! Company wants you to email a video, answer questions, and go back and forth. Takes 24 to 48 hrs in between responses even when you choose to escalate issue. Very disappointing.
Another review states that the holding area does not stay cold enough and the ice slowly melts.
