I received this a couple days after ordering. I like it a lot better than the midea cube 50 so far. Much nicer looking, much easier to empty, and smart app is better. Edit: Also saved $100 from midea price

I wonder if it can drain without the pump... my old dehumidifier is running fine draining without the pump after the pump failed. I was able to directly connect a hose and gravity does the job.

It has a gravity feed.

The midea cube was ok. The humidity reading didn't seem very accurate and seem to get stuck. I also don't like the way the two parts go together. It doesn't feel very stable. Otherwise it seemed to work pretty well although a little ugly this one is much easier to drain, looks better than the humidity reading is more accurate. I'm still using the built-in basin but plan to use the pump in the future.
