I helped my coworker to install the last version of the dual monitor arm from this brand. It doesn't have the secure click feature. It requires to screw in the monitor to the monitor arm. 2 person need to do that assembly.
While this updated version has the secure click feature, I assembled the monitor arm all by myself.
a QR code provides in the instruction book to lead you to a video to show you how to adjust the tension, and how to adjust the tilt angle. $27 to get this monitor arm, it's a good deal.
