Rejoin Walmart+ for $1 & get $25 Walmart Cash*
Pay $1 for 30 days with an annual plan & unlock $25 Walmart Cash after your promo period!

Membership just expired.
This is what they're offering.
$1 for 30d then $98 annual charged.

Minus the $25 cash card.

So $73 annual total.

Is this the best deal?
Or if I wait, or find a coupon?

I joined a year ago when they offered $50
then $12

TIA

I'm waiting to see if they offer it for $50/yr for July 4th promotions like they have in the past.

in addition, if you are on government assistance (SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, SSI, TANF, LIHEAP, etc.), are a student, or are an AARP member, W+ is $49.99/yr.

i also expect they will offer another half price promo this summer or during black friday, but that remains to be seen. with the free delivery, free streaming service, and gas price discounts, it's a no-brainer at the $49.99 price point. finger crossed 🤞

I can see the deal on my browser, not on the app signed in. Rite now I'm not either Amazon prime or Walmart plus. I've had both in the past had bad experience with both but have been considering getting one. Hopefully like someone else mentioned I get a July 4th promo.

Walmart/sams gas is NOT worth it. Their gas is not top tier. If you've got an old engine it may not matter, but if you've got a modern engine, you really want top tier gas. Top tier is no longer a good enough standard for modern engines, so a new standard ( top tier + ) will be rolling out soon. If sams isn't even top tier and other brands like Costco have 5x the detergents required by top tier, I wouldn't even touch sams gas for a $ off. It's worth it to pay 5-10 cents more for top tier. Or get a Costco newness, pay less than most places and get the highest quality gas.
I have Costco as well

with W+, you do not need to go to their gas stations to get the discount. I fill up at my local TopStar, completely unrelated to Walmart and still get the discount

my local Walmarts don't even have gas stations

Some Amex card are giving $49 cashback on W+ membership which can bring down the price to $24 total.

I started to cancel my Walmart+ membership last week, and got a pop-up offering it for $49 for the next year.

I never actually joined. Their spam pop up automatically enrolled me. I was livid that something like that was immediate. Easy to cancel, but now I lose out on a free trial opportunity when I actually wanted to use it.
