It got cancelled for me on the website, too. After sifting through the AI crap I got a person to chat with twice and both told me to wait 30 minutes and try again. Didn't work. Finally created a new Walmart account with a different number and email and was able to buy the card. Mad

I tried through the app, sending the gift card to the same registered email, and it cancelled within a minute. I tried later on today through a desktop browser and sent the gift card to another email, and it worked instantly. Walmart's fraud prevention is really annoying.
