I have one of this model and 2 other brondell models. They work well. I actually prefer these to Toto because they have slightly higher pressure.

I went through two brondell swash seat - cl1500 and cl1700 and both had major issues that came up after the warranty period. The 1500 started to leak water from the inside heating unit. The 1700 electronics stopped working out of nowhere.

We also had a brondell RO under sink water filter that had an internal failure that slowed water flow to a trip.

While I liked their products more than toto, I've lost confidence in brondells manufacturing. My current toto washlet was cheaper and going strong for 3+ years in contrast.
