It's good if you don't have any access to a Microcenter locally. $350 will get you a 270K Plus and a nice Z890 mobo. For $550 they will even include 32GB of DR5 6400 CL32.

I had someone pick up a microcenter deal for me.

Reminder that the F in 250KF means no integrated graphics. Yeah, you'd think Micro Center would make a bundle with the 250K one of these days.

I don't know how they are doing it for $550 with the 270K. The math isn't mathing on the DDR5 and good spec mobo being included.

Even if it was $475 wouldn't you spend the extra $75 for faster single thread along with two more P cores and four E cores? That's like getting a whole Core 3 100U added to the 250K.

Maybe the "dead socket" argument is convincing. The AM5 bundles all went up $100 after AMD said they'd keep using that for a few more years (but maybe that's coincidence).
