Thanks, OP. I'll give em a shot to see if they help with my mid-day malaise before I work out in the evening.

I would be weary of their claims since a lot of companies' creatine gummies contain less than 0.1g of creatine when they state 5g. Do a quick search and you'll find a lot of articles about creatine gummies and which ones pass and fail. Some don't even hit the claimed 5g but rather the range 3g-5g of creatine.

I've tried Buff Bears creatine gummies and they test theirs heavily and even offer a $10k bounty if you get theirs tested and they don't have 5g of creatine in them. All of their info is posted on their site as well compared to this Novomins one. The only problem is that they don't ship to USA anymore. It was also very expensive as expected from a well tested and premium product. You'll notice that the ones that passed actual lab tests cost considerably more.

I've tried Create creatine gummies that were on the list and had a coupon on Amazon, but they're about $50 without coupon. They taste alright but it's just so much cheaper to use powder.

TLDR - These are questionable considering the price and they have no receipts of their 3p testing showing their gummies contain 5g of creatine per serving. Search the studies on creatine gummies and you'll find brands that passed. Create creatine gummies are on Amazon, but $50 unless there's a coupon and they taste alright imo. Powder is cheaper and the way to go w/ guaranteed 5g as long as you buy from a reputable brand and it's creatine monohydrate.

Creatine degrades fairly rapidly when solubilized in water. Since part of the process for creating most of these gummies involves doing just that, most of these gummies won't have the stated amount of creatine in them. Do yourself a favor and just buy regular old creatine monohydrate and toss it in a glass of water when you're ready to drink it.
