Pros: small, easily moved, quiet, seat is comfortable enough
Cons: I found the magnetic resistance needed a bit of adjustment. magnets landing too far from the small wheel to really grab. Drilled new mount holes and shifted it so at position 16 it was about as close as a few sheets of paper. Added a few more high power magnets to the back side of the magnet bar. Resistance is now better, still starting on 8-10 as anything less is super weak.
6ft tall is about the max I'd say a user could be on this rower. I'm 5'10" and feel I'm near the limits of the machine. My wife and kids are shorter so it's great for them.
Only other con was that the river company decided to hand this heavy package off to my USPS daily delivery, thankfully I was home to intercept when they pulled up.
Overall we considered this our "entry into rowers" to see if we liked added them to our routine without sinking a lot of $ into it or choosing to remove some other equipment for a larger rower. Using more for a cardio workout than strength the additional changes I did to help with the magnetic resistance are sufficient. We don't need to put it vertical to store but its nice that it can be done.
