These turbo fans have a narrow head so the airstream is pretty narrow. And you might not be able to mount it anywhere. Consider getting a fan for baby carriages. They have clips and flexible legs to secure onto treadmill handles.

These are fine where noise is not a consideration. There is a newer design that utilizes a larger fan enclosure to reduce the noise level (esp at the lower speed levels). The Diveblues models are popular and currently is on sale for $12 (though I previously got it on sale for around $11).

This one looks good. I have a similar one. It has a clamp for your treadmill. But the clamp can be removed to be a handheld or wall fan. It also has oscillation and a light. I especially like the natural breeze mode which turns the fan on for 4 seconds then off for 1 second and repeats.

I agree the 1-2" blade fans are like a drone and not great. I have the Diveblue ones in your link and that works better. It is still noisy but it is less annoying than the drone fan noise.

I just got this fan the same day I got the diveblues. This one is going back...buttons suck, light is useless, fan doesn't feel strong, fan adjustment also sucks - why does it go to 199? Spend a few more dollars and get the diveblues imo.

Bought a 20 dollar one vs this. You can definitely tell the difference in sound. This one sounds like a jet engine on 100% even on lower speeds it's pretty loud. If the weather is really hot out, you'd just be blowing hot air on your face. I'd get one with a mist or one that has a built in cooling plate that helps blow some cold air at your face.
