Plesse check if this is the USB type C model before you buy. I believe spotmate switched to a two prong model in a newer revision. It is worth getting the new one because imo the USB c one might have a defect causing it to stop charging. Not official, just my speculation.
So DO NOT buy the USB-C? And if so, that is the older model? Weird!

My recollection is not that I got cut but it got too hot/warm within a minute of use. Just go with the more expensive Norelco for trust (but the battery does on that one quite often).

Looks just like the drop ship trimmers on aliexpress. If you want something quality skip this.
editing to add a suggestions. One blades are solid for body stuff. I also got a Philips Norelco from costco a few years ago and its been amazing.

There isn't a product designed for cutting hair that is cut proof, swear to god y'all should not be able to vote.

Bought this and use it to trim my chest. I use an old beard trimmer for my sack. Still, dp it very carefully

I've had this and used it (no guard) with minimal issues. It does depend on which way you're shaving, as I always have to adjust to keep from getting cut, and also move slow. I usually go at a 90° angle style I believe, and not flat. Also, I use this to trim down, then follow through with a disposable-ish (Harry's) razor when I want the smooth finish. I've been very happy with this since I got it over a year ago, also for $20.

Disappointing to hear... anyone know of a trimmer that really won't nick and cut my sack? Should I just spring for the Philips Norelco Oneblade?
The oneblade isn't foolproof either. I snag myself with it plenty. Unless you use a guard, there's always risk with loose skin areas.

Got one from a deal posted about 1 year ago. Very minimal injuries in comparison to norelco oneblade. No issues using it wet or dry. Glad I bought one

I hardly ever downright tell people to avoid a product by any means necessary but this is one I do! Please do not buy this! I used this once and it made me wonder just how much blood I should lose one a single knick before I go to a doctor. When it comes to your sensitive bits don't cheap out. I highly recommend the Ballber Pro by HappyNuts
Not my experience fwiw.

The Norelco Body groomer works well for me. The blades are rounded on the ends to prevent it from grabbing your nut sack and cutting it. The center round tube cutter is like a beard trimmer. So you get a good combo. Got nicked once and seeing that blood gush out made me never use a regular hair trimmer again.
